Why Are Kelley Blue Book Values So Misleading?

This is the second time that I have used Car Drop to sell a car, this time I didnt even bother going to CarMax as I knew they would beat them on the sales price. The staff is very attentive, answered all questions and when it came time to bring the car in I was in and out in 10 minutes with a check in hand.
