How do I request a mobile appraisal?

Use any Request a Mobile Appraisal button on this page. Add your vehicle details, mileage, vehicle ZIP code and contact information. Photos are optional. Your request goes to the CarDrop team for follow-up; submitting the form does not book an appointment.

Where are mobile appraisals available?

Mobile appraisals are available in South Florida. Enter the ZIP code where your vehicle is located and share any access details in the notes. Our team will confirm whether a visit can be arranged at your location before scheduling.

Is this an instant online offer or a booked appointment?

Neither is confirmed by submitting this form. It is a request for the CarDrop team to review your vehicle information and contact you. We will discuss the appraisal, location and timing with you before a visit.

Can you help if I still have a loan or lease?

Yes, we can review the loan or lease information with you. Loan payoffs, negative equity and lease eligibility can affect the process, so have your lender details available. Lease purchase rules vary by leasing company.

Will you take the car and pay me during the same visit?

The arrangements depend on the vehicle, ownership documents and any lender requirements. Before finalizing the sale, our team will explain payment and vehicle handover. Do not assume that an appraisal request also books a pickup or guarantees same-visit completion.

What about damage, warning lights or a car that does not run?

Tell us about the vehicle’s condition when you submit your request. Accident history, cosmetic damage and mechanical issues are considered in the appraisal. Mention a non-running vehicle and any access restrictions so our team can discuss the appropriate arrangements.

Does CarDrop sell cars, or require me to buy another one?
