The vehicles do the work.
Selling them shouldn’t create more.

Replacing older units, downsizing or selling vehicles your business no longer needs? Start with the group you want to sell—even when the years, mileage and condition are different.

Service & cargo vans

Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster and similar work vans. Tell us about shelving, ladder racks, wraps and other equipment.

Work pickups

Ford F-Series, Ram and other work pickups. Include cab configuration, bed setup, usage and any condition differences.

Company cars & SUVs

Sales vehicles, employee-assigned cars and management SUVs. A fleet does not need to be all commercial vans.

A mixed group

A few vans, several trucks and a company car can start in one request. Identify which vehicles are ready now and which may follow.

Vehicle examples are illustrative, not manufacturer affiliations. Specialty bodies, heavy equipment and unusual units need individual review.

The fleet selling process

Plan the group.
Understand each vehicle.

One coordinated conversation, with the vehicle details kept clear from the first request through appraisal and the next steps.

01

Share your fleet.

Tell us the size and mix of vehicles, your timing and whether you’re selling all or part of the fleet. Add one starting vehicle, then paste a vehicle list or notes for the rest.

02

Choose where we meet.

Request a visit to the fleet, or tell us whether you’ll bring vehicles to Boynton Beach or Pompano Beach. Multiple storage locations? Include them so we can discuss the logistics.

03

Connect with a Fleet Specialist.

A CarDrop Fleet Specialist will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss appraisal, vehicle-specific offers, ownership documents and any payoff or transport questions. Arrangements are confirmed with you—not booked automatically.

Your vehicles. Your logistics.

Meet us at CarDrop.
Or request a visit to your fleet.

Select the approach that fits your business. A CarDrop Fleet Specialist will confirm timing and capacity with you before you arrange drivers or transport.

REQUEST A VISIT TO THE FLEET

On-site appraisal

A business, yard or another location. Share the city, ZIP code and whether the vehicles are in one place or several.

On-site availability, location access and any vehicle collection arrangements are confirmed individually. Submitting a request does not reserve an appointment.

Before you send the request

A useful list.
Not another administrative project.

Start with what you have. Clear vehicle and location information helps us ask the right follow-up questions.

THE VEHICLE LIST01

Keep each unit identifiable.

Paste rows from your existing spreadsheet, import a small CSV/text list, or add the details in your own words.

  • VIN or stock/unit number, when available
  • Year, make, model and approximate mileage
  • Where that unit is located
  • Condition, warning lights and accident notes
  • Racks, shelving, wraps and other equipment

You only need one vehicle’s basic details to start this online request. The rest can be included as a list or discussed with a CarDrop Fleet Specialist.

THE BUSINESS DETAILS02

Help us plan the handoff.

Tell us what matters to your operation so the appraisal conversation starts with the right context.

  • Whole fleet, selected units or a phased sale
  • Company name and main point of contact
  • Timing and vehicle availability
  • One location or multiple locations
  • Outstanding loans, leases or ownership questions

Keep account numbers, identification documents and other sensitive paperwork out of the initial request. We’ll discuss any documents needed directly.

Fleet selling FAQ

More than one vehicle.
A few different questions.

Yes—you can start a request for selected vehicles rather than the entire fleet. Tell us which units you want to sell now and whether more may become available later.
No. You can include vans, pickups, cars and SUVs in the same conversation. Each vehicle’s age, equipment, mileage and condition still matter when the group is reviewed.
You can request an on-site fleet appraisal. Include the location, access details and whether the vehicles are together or at multiple sites. A CarDrop Fleet Specialist will be in touch as soon as possible to confirm availability and discuss arrangements before a visit.
Select your preferred branch in the request. For a group of vehicles, discuss timing with a CarDrop Fleet Specialist before arranging several drivers or transport. View Boynton Beach or Pompano Beach.
No. Enter one starting vehicle’s year, make, model and approximate mileage. A VIN is optional. Paste a list for additional vehicles, import CSV/text, or let us know you’ll provide the full list during follow-up.
Describe them by vehicle when possible. Photos can help show fitted equipment or areas needing attention. Talk with us before removing equipment or preparing vehicles specifically for the appraisal.
Flag those details in your request. A CarDrop Fleet Specialist will discuss the ownership, authorization and lender or lessor questions relevant to the vehicles. Do not assume all units can be handled the same way or on the same timeline.
Use CarDrop Gold, our dedicated path for luxury, exotic, performance and specialty vehicles. The Gold request gives you more room for specification, history, condition and photos.
No. It starts a fleet appraisal conversation. Vehicle offers, inspections, timing, payment and any collection arrangements need to be discussed and confirmed with a CarDrop Fleet Specialist.
Your next step

A few vehicles or a fleet.
Let’s plan the next move.

Tell us what’s leaving your fleet, where it is and when you’re looking to sell. A CarDrop Fleet Specialist will be in touch as soon as possible to discuss the next steps.
